Antineo: Lewis Lung Carcinoma Syngeneic tumour model-LL/2
LL/2cells
Lewis lung carcinoma is a cell line established from the lung of a C57BL6 mouse bearing a tumor
resulting from an implantation of primary Lewis lung carcinoma.
Tumour growth in vivo
The cells were collected from a tissue culture flask and injected subcutaneously in the right flank of
C57Bl/6 mice. The resulting tumours were monitored by weighting the mice.
The mice bearing LL/2 tumours can be treated by intra-peritoneal, intra-venous, intra-tumoral or
subcutaneous injection of the compounds. Per os administration is also possible.
